- Expanding Hospital Corneal retrieval programe (HCRP) in leading Government Hospitals and appointment Eye donation coordinators for HCRP programe.
- Propagation of Eye donation through Stickers, posters, advertisements, hoardings, short films, slides, Television, Radio and other media.
- To conduct annual national fortnight for Eye donation from 25th August to 8th September and to honour the family members of Eye donors.
- To conduct "Journey for sight for propagation of Eye donation".

- To carry out cornea transplantation at 'Lions Cornea Block' at free of cost to all the deserving patients.
